It is easy to place an order! You can follow these steps: step 1: click the item you like; step 2: choose item's size and color; step 3: click 'Add to cart'; step 4: click 'Checkout' and fill your address and pay for it; step 5: wait for your parcel.

Yes, but please inform us before your item is shipped, because we cann't exchange order once the order has been shipped.
